Hello dear, there are lot of reasons for hairfall. If you don't have any other complaints & if your hormone levels are normal it's usually due to nutritional deficiency especially protein- so include egg, sprouts in your diet. Sprout has micro nutrients that helps in hair growth. Take one amla everyday or amla juice everyday. You will see the difference. If complaints persist then you need expert advice on the same. First of all, you should get yourself properly examined and checked by a trichologist (hair specialist). Hairfall happens due to various reasons, including poor lifestyle, hormonal imbalance, and even a poor nutritional diet. So first start improving these aspects of your lifestyle and see if it helps you. Regularly oil your hair, avoid shampooing your hair every day and eat foods that are known to boost immunity and prevent hairfall. A common home remedy is applying oil with onion juice to the scalp, as well. However, highly highly recommended are the following treatments: homoeopathy & ozone therapy. Tremendous results have been observed with the treatments.
Next Steps
I would recommend you book an online consultation with us for a full case taking and clinical recommendation.
Health Tips
Do not fall for marketing gimmicks of oils and shampoos that claim to improve hair growth and reduce hairfall. Speak to a proper medical expert.
