Is root canal safe for 3yr old?? Our dentist recommeded root canal of front 2 tooth of my baby... can any one describe the procedure of root canal in 3 yr old.. i m really very worried

It is called pulpectomy in children when done in deciduous teeth ... The procedure is same as adults , tooth is cleaned till the roots nd the tooth is made dead by removing the nerves ... The material filled in the tooth is resorbable as it can also resorb with the tooth when it falls down .. Procedure is safe ... But it depends whether your 3 yr old can get it done or not ... If not wait for some more time nd then get it done
