Hi, is there any expert in root canal treatment. How much will it cost .
I have visited a doctor he suggested to go for root canal treatment and asked me for 8000 which includes cap of metal + ceramic.
Can anyone suggest which cap would be better and m afraid about this, is this safe? And only option left?

Root canal treatment is done under Local anasthesia. Once the area is anestheised numbness sets in, you will not experience pain.
Wether metal or metal with ceramic or metal free ceramic is your choice.
If it's a front tooth esthetic crowns are recommended

Rct is a painless and a very safe procedure. Depending on the tooth the treatment price can be decided.
Ask the doctor for a zirconia cap if it is a front tooth or ceramic is fine if it is back one.
Prices can definitely vary.
Other option can be remove the tooth and place and implant. But i wouldn't suggest it. Because conserve what you have first if not then and only then go for replacement.

Safe in the right hand as all procedures. A well made well fitting cap is important be it of metal or of ceramic. Better made caps cost more just as well done RCTs. Go ahead.
