From the description provided it seems that she is having psychotic Symptoms and Risdone forte will help to reduce or eliminate symptoms.
Because of side effects of drug such as sedation she might be feeling week and tired.
Continue the medication and keep regular follow up with your Psychiatrist, as he / she may require to change the dose or drug depending upon the response.
Protein powder can be taken.
Next Steps
regular follow up

According to the symptoms you have described, it's likely to be a psychiatric disorder and it's good that u have consulted a Psychiatrist for the same. Risdone forte is an antipsychotic so it will decrease ur wife's symptoms but it will cause her a bit sedation and that might be the reason she feeling week or drowsy or sedated all the time.
Next Steps
continue the medicine and u can of course give any nutritional supplements.
Health Tips
do not abruptly stop medicine on your own. do not self medicate. tell your Psychiatrist, whatever effects or side effects she is having and the doctor will accordingly alter the medications
Hello. Needs further assessment to tel her exact condition. Severity depends on that. But don't be worried . Happy that you have consulted a psychiatrist for the same. Continue medications as prescribed.
Yes protein supplements can be given.
For any emerging side effects consult your doctor
You can ask these questions directly from the psychiatrist your wife is consulting. I would also suggest therapy side by side. So you can consult a trained psychologist, preferably an NLP practitioner or a cognitive hypnotherapist, side by side along with the medication.
Next Steps
1. Ask the questions directly to the psychiatrist. They'll be in a better position to answer your questions because they would have detailed history of your wife
2. Take therapy from a psychologist, trained as a cognitive hypnotherapist or NLP practitioner side by side
