I am a 21 year old female and I felt I ripped my skin 2-3 cm above my anus in the cleft of the butt while doing some stretches. The wound is probably 3 cm long and is bright red in color. I have previously had surgery for pilonidal sinus, 3 years ago. Has my condition recurred or is this something else entirely?
