Ringworm reoccurrence. Lifetime?

Hello Doctors I have a single ringworm (tinia cruris) near around groin so I checked with dermatologist he have suggested me to take Terbinafine 250 one tablet daily continue to 4-5 weeks longs along with Fluconazole 150 weekly.  As per suggestionsI have taken this medicine and ringworm get diminished completely within 2-3 weeks, I have completed the cource until 5 weeks and I stop taking Terbinafine but within a week later it get reoccurred as same with fresh itchting with ring circle, so I again took Terbinafine even long time that is 8-9 weeks for get rid completely although it get diminished again completely. So my concern is while I was taking Terbinafine ringworm did not reoccurred even get rid fine, but once I stop taking Terbinafine it reoccurred within a week,  this problem exist last 1.5 years long. Any suggestions will highly appciate, should I take Terbinafine lifetime??😢 Note:- I'm very hygienic and used to avoid tight fitting clothes mostly.
