Ringworm on testicles

Asked for Male, 22 Years

Sir, i am having ringworm problem on my testicles and nearby area since last 5-6 years. i have been used many anti-fungal creams suggested by many doctors but still i could not got rid of this problem. when my body sweat(specially in summers) a lot it becomes highly etching area. please suggest me a permanent treatment. Thanks!
