Ringworm on eye and right upper arm

I am taking homeopathic medicines for the ringworm ....but I don't think that it's working ....I am depressed about it ...I was taking medicines daily nd that time my ringworm was in good condition but suddenly it came back then I applied ring out cream on it then it is in good condition but my dr.has forbidden me to use another medicinal cream .....so plz tell me ..should use or not because if I don't use other medicine it spreads all over my eye ....what should I do plz suggest me ...
