Ringworm in the groin area, itchy, scratchy. Simple over the counter cream ( ring guard ) hasn't given any relief.been there for the last two weeks.

From your explanation what I feel you mostly suffering from T.C .But if you feel it's not curing then have to see affected area for further steps to go head ,Sometime repeat scraping or culture may be indicated if initial treatment of tinea cruris is unsuccessful. Thank you Dr shuhaib MP (Pune )
