She should avoid keeping hands damp.
She can take tab cetrizine 5mg one morning and one evening for 7 days
Tab ketoconazole 200mg one daily for 7 days.
Apply candiderm ointment twice each day for about 6 to 8 weeks continuously, even after it clears in 2 weeks or so.
