Right sided knee pain
Sir My sister was apparently alright 7days back. To start with, she developed pain immediately below the right knee while going upstairs.it was sudden in onset.it is not present at rest.it aggravates only during movement of the limb like climbing upstairs or jumping.there is no history of trauma.no fever.no signs of local inflammation.what could be the probable diagnosis?what to do next?
