Right side of throat and ear pain

Asked for Male, 21 Years

Sir,when I swallow saliva ,drinking, eating on right side of throat and right side of ear pain occurs but there is no cough .The pain occurs for last 4 days. Sir i am really afraid please suggest me. How can I survive from this pain
