Right side lympnod pain
My son age 6 years. He us suffering from lympnod pain at right side of neck. Last time in 2019 we have done the scanning and FNAC and doctor confirmed that there are no issues. And asked to Improve the immunity. Again to dayhe said he is having a pain on the right side of the neck .(lympnod). Plz suggest an OTC for pain relief or any antibiotic. Thank you Surender

Before starting the antibiotics we need to confirm the nature of the cervical lymph-node for that USG neck and FNAC has to be done any tonsillar infection can also cause cervical lymphadenopathy even dandruff also can cause lymph-node swelling in the neckYou did not mention about any cough history to roll-out tuberculosis as one of the differential diagnosis
