Hello doctor,
Recently I happen to fell down on a slippery surface. I was carrying an umbrella in my left hand and when I fell down I tried to balance my body with my right hand. While falling diwn, Unfortunately my right hand also skid for few inches which kind of left my right shoulder in an awkward position. I could not bring it back on my own and people around me helped. I used some pain killers and most of the pain was gone. But even after 4 weeks, I still have pain when I raise up my right shoulder or twist it around my head. Pain is located at the shoulder to hand joint + upper part only. Kindly advise any solution to this problem. Many thanks!
