Earlier I was diagnosed with typhoid since then I observed many cramps in different muscles in random time of a day. I have completed my antibiotics course 12 days back, sice then I am maintaining healthy diet with negligible fat and spices and easy to digest foods, fruits etc. I have improved very much since then. Right now I have slightly disturbed indigestion and slight weakness.
But wheneve I take bath (usually I take bath every 3rd day with hot water only, due to very low temperature these days. I get cough for few hours after bath), I observe after few hours my right neck muscle joining just above collar bone feels heavy and uncomfortable, no pain in that or other muscles. In same scenario I was getting muscle pain in my right shoulderblade after hot water bath only, So I usually stretch my both back muscles after bath, but not sure about neck muscles for stretching.
What could be the reason for that heaviness. It goes off within. 6-7 hrs after bath.
