  4. Right lower abdomen pain. Positive test?

Right lower abdomen pain
I am trying to conceive this month. Today is 30th day from last month period. I am taking trazor forte, dream ma xt , labetalol since a month. From yesterday I am feeling pain in lower abdomen pinching type nonstop. Pain is mild but continuous pain. Is there any thing serious? Can I check for pregnancy positive test?

A little pain before period is normal U can get an ultrasound done to find out the reason If u hv a 30 day cycle u can go fr a pregnancy test tomorrow
