I play football. I had a previous injury in my right leg thumb area, and I visited a therapist who performed an acupuncture and recommended me to apply ice pack. The pain was gone after that. A few days back I hurt myself again in the same place. To minimise the pain I have applied ice pack and Volini spray. The pain is less but when I am trying to do lunges whereby my left leg will be in the front and the right leg bending at the right thumb like in a praying position, then it is not bending properly and I am not able to balance. It is hurting. Do I need to perform an X Ray or visit you to treat this?
