  4. Right leg pain. Which exercise can i do.

Hi Sir/Mam I am having pain in my right leg which starts from back above butt and ends till toe. Someone told me that one nerve is suppressed . I am not able to sit on chair and on bike ..I have to sit on my left butt .. I am having VB 9 plus tablets as per doctor's prescription . Can you please tell me why has it happened and how can I recover ..which exercise can I do ..and what do you call it in medical terminology ... Awaiting your kind response . Thank you A patient

Your symptoms are most likely to slip disc, So we need to do proper assesment of your posture & all,& u'll aslo have to do MRI, Then we can plan for better treatment including physiotherapy.

U most likely have slip disc, causing sciatica like symptoms. We should do mri and accurately diagnose and quantify the issue. It requires combination of rest, physio and ergonomic changes
