Right leg acl problem by accident...
Sir I have complete full thikness ACL tear is seen by right leg, accident of 4 months ago doctors says the surgery but I am HIV positive what can I do please help us

Hi, ACL can be treated with or without surgery . If you had enough Physio and struggling then go for surgery.
