  4. Right knee pain. Is this growing pain?

Right knee pain
My son 4 yrs, his right knee pain only night. Morning he fine. Monthly 2 or 3 days only he have a pain in night. Other days he fine and no complaints. What a real problem is this growing pain? What can i next.

Growing pains are muscular,and never in the joints. If he has pain in the knee,not above or below it,needs evaluation by a trained paediatrician.
