Knee pain after viral fever

My son is 7 years old , from sunday he suffer from fever ,after medical treatment he is out of fever but after this since morning he is not able to walk properly due to knee joint pain so is this common problem or not?

Post viral myalgias are very common. Just give paracetamol for a day or two. If you see a joint swelling, take him to a doctor.
