I am an overweight woman since adolescence. But have been working out since last year. In the month of march of this year after exercising i got severe pain in my right knee with pain in my hip. Can't seem to put weight on it. There are some good days and bad days.i read online that this occurs due to suddenly doing squats or lunges, which i was doing. So i stopped doing them,and started knee strengthening exercises but pain is not subsiding. Plz help. It has become a hinderance to life.
