Right hand upper abdominal pain

Question

Asked for Female, 27 Years

Previous record of right ovarian dermoid teratoma removed by surgery 1yr.ago. Normal menstrual cycle with no/negligible pain as recorded pre and post surgery. But severe right abdominal spasmic pain reported abrubtly at any time of the day,pain is prolonging during night. There's a swelling(muscular swelling) over the last bone of the rib cage towards the abdomen. Condition prevalent since last 3/4 months. Bowel movement is normal. Aged 27, under no medication. Thanks
