Ovarian dermoid

Asked for Female, 26 Years

I had frequent urinary infection and so underwent MRi scan which revealed I had right ovarian dermoid and the cyst is made of fat tissues which is about 4cm. I had my periods last month and its 21 days past my last month periods. I would like to know whether I am pregnant or this is a cyst.I never had any pain or bleeding due to ovarian dermoid
