Hi. Bankart tear happens when your shoulder dislocates from the socket of your shoulder joint causing the stopper or labrum to tear. This is the cause of future recurrent dislocation. In your case there is bankart's tear which means you will be prone for recurrent dislocation.
Next Steps
You need to consult a shoulder specialist who does bankart repair or consult me on practo consult for further guidance.
Health Tips
Do not play any sports as you might dislocate your joint again which is very very painful Regards Dr Sachin Jain Arthroscopic surgeon and Sports medicine expert, Jaipur Team India doctor for commonwealth games 2018

If you have pain during regular shoulder movements or have instability / dislocations then you should go for surgery: Arthroscopic labral repair  or Latarjet in painful shoulder and unstable shoulder respectively.
