Right gland inflammation and pain

Asked for Male, 22 Years

My father is having right gland inflammation and pain for one month so he consulted with an ENT specialist and he suggest to do USG and my father done it. I have attached the report please check it now need to do FNAC so I am scared of it whether it is cancer or not will you please check and tell me. He take some medicine for this inflammation but no result has shown.

Your father is having an infection of the salivary glands. There is nothing in the report to even remotely suggest any Cancer! Please return and meet your ENT Surgeon who will prescribe better medicines in light of this report and it will cure your father.
