Right Ear pain

Asked for Male, 33 Years

Hi doctor persistently from last 15days am getting ear pain I thought due to more accumulated wax may be the problem is and I used hydrogen peroxide and got it cleaned. Then it was better but later on on early mornings before am waking am for sometime after waking up in the morning am getting ear pain what is going on with me. Suggest me.
