Right ear and right jaw stiffness
Feel uncomfortable in crowds, feel hot and irritation around mouth area in crowds, have stiffness problems, tinnitus in right ear, can't move neck suddenly while walking, feels as if i will fall down if i move my head while walking. Taking physiotherapy, any other medicines/treatment needed?

It's clearly muscular problem .. Muscles involves are bilateral .. SCM, TEMPORALIS, MEDIAL AND LATERAL PTERYGOID..MASSESTER . LONGISSIMUS CAPITUS AND CERVIS...AND .. SUBOCCIPITAL FASCIA. ..

plz approach to a sports physio with expertise in myofascial trigger points release therapy manually or with dry needling  and TMJ joint mobilization ..plz request him/her to focus on these issues ..
