Mere right side dull flank pain hai jo ki stomach or groin msin jata hai or back main bhi pain hai mare ultrasound main left kidney main 4 mm calculs hai but mujhe pain right side hota hai

Then plz do NCCT KUB to rule out some ureteric stone, that may not be visible on ultrasound and causing pain. Also do Urine analysis and culture.
