Right apex and upper tone infiltration
Dear Dr's,
I am working in overseas around 13years and travel 8 countries. In 2016 I went to Saudi and I took the same GAMCA test, it was cleared. In 2021, again I got an opportunity to work on Saudi and I took the same test but it got failed. The reason behind that is "Right apex and upper tone infiltration" in my lungs . I have no history of TB in me and in my family. Six months before, I was working in Ethiopia in dust area (river bed).
In the centre where I recently took medical test , they suggested me to consult DR and told me to take antibiotic tablets with heavy dose to remove the scars in my lungs.
Kindly suggest me what I have to do further.

Please see a chest physician / pulmonologist who will ask detailed history, and advise further tests to rule out TB infection.

Chest x ray seems ok in this picture. Of course a closer look may shaw some findings. Get a CT chest for confirmation of findings. And consult a specialist for better guidance.

You need certain tests.Are you having any co morbid conditions. Any other symptoms, such as loss of appetite and weight. Pl do consult Pulmonologist online with all the reports and treatment taken.
