My father aged 69 had sudden attacks few days back and was admitted in ICU for the treatment but the doctors couldnt detect the root cause of it at all ,his reports said pulmonary flash edema and heart failure but now out of danger and came back to home but still in oxygen support .what to do next have attached the discharge summary .

kindly share the complete reports and xrays along with abg ..as for the diagnosis they have mentioned almost all of their findings..so that is not the issue
