Ribs and back pain

Asked for Male, 40 Years

Ribs below the arm pit pain and mid back pain, intially 1 week back had sever gas took medication for that but still the ribs and back pain exists and unable to sleep properly. Please recommend medicine and cause of this. Thanks

I think you are having Inter Costal Myalgia. Take tablet Pantop D once daily morning on empty stomach. Tablet Zerodol-P twice daily after breakfast and dinner for 5 days. Apply Vicks vaporub or Amruthanjan twice daily over painful area.
