This is not due to posture or lack of exercises. This is polyarthritis, can be rheumatoid or ankylosing spondylitis. This can exacerbate in rainy season, cold weather or sleeping/sitting under the Fan/AC. Need thorough clinical evaluation and proper lab investigations to decide nature and severity of disease.

These symptoms suggest the possibility of an inflammatory arthritis. However only a through clinical consultation can help arrive at the right diagnosis. Possibilities being Ankylosing Spondylitis or Axial Spondyloarthropathy.
