Rhinitis. Please help me
I am having allergic rhinitis since 2 years. I use levocitrizine tablet to get rid of my sneezing when it get worse. I donot have any sort of food allergies. But i have dust, humid, perfumes and climate changing effects But the thing is that in this month i donot know why my rhinitis is not going at all, despite of taking all possible precautions. It is coming back again and again within a gap of 1 day of cure when i take the medicine. For example i took the medicine on wednesday at night , i was okay on thursday and friday but today i woke up with 10 sneeze, itchy eyes and throat and ofcourse runny nose I am totally frustrated. Why is this happening with me? What to do? I donot want to take levocitrizine again and again within a gap of 2 days. I am completely frustrated.
