RHINITIS ALLERGY
I am suffering from rhinitis allergy, taking medicine from 20 days , when i stopped taking medicine problem again arises. I dont want to put so many medicine. I am ŕecovering from corona. I had infected on 17th april from corona. I dont know its side affect or what. Please advice any home remedies or precaution so i can get some relief from this symptom.

U hav been having allergy evn before ?
Find out wats causing allergy for u and avoid it , lik some wil b allergic to some food ,
Don't sleep directly under ac or fan, clean ac vents regularly and change bedspreads regularly
