  4. Rheumatoid Arthritis pain. Painkiller?

My mother is suffering from rheumatoid, It's been 31yrs and before she used to take ayurvedic medicines but they did nothing and now that she is on bed for past 31yrs .  I give her ZerodolP 3 times a day but its doing nothing. Can you please tell any good Painkiller ? Thank you
