Hi, I have been undergoing treatment for anxiety and panic attacks for the past two years. I am currently taking *Rexipra 10 mg* .
I have recently conceived and am now 7 weeks pregnant. So is there any side effects of this medicine on the development of the baby. Kindly suggests me. I really need a guidance, please.

There are no trials to conclusively say that Tab Rexipra has any side effects or not . However most safe during pregnancy is Tab Sertraline but the final decision depends on indivividual themselves , We ve to decide on basis or risk vs benifits . I would suggest you to take CBT/ Therapy along with your pharmacological treatment

This medication is sometimes continued in pregnancy, but whether to continue, stop, or adjust it depends on your individual situation. There can be some risks, but untreated anxiety also has its own effects, so the decision needs careful balance.
Please don’t make any changes on your own consult your psychiatrist and obstetrician for proper guidance.
