First of all thanks to doctor for Pro Bono service, lots of love. This relates to my uncle who has been having urine infection, diabetes. He had fallen down twice while urinating, one time it was some blood ejected from his urine, another time there was no blood. And there was mild fever and it often come and go, in an irregular fashion from last 2 months. No cough, no nose water discharge, no sneezing. Only mild fever sometimes. Body has become weak, unable to grasp from his hand for a longer period of time. Mood swings a lot. Diabetes fasting at 133 PP: 238 Hba1c 7.9 Cholesterol Triglycerides normal He had mild cystic lesion in right inguinal region with inner cepta, mild hepatomegaly, Plenty HPF pus cell, Bacteria is noted in Urine R/e

1. His sugar control is poor. Is he taking medication properly?  How long is he diabetes? 2. Age of your uncle? 3. His hb is low and creatinine is high. So may be renal disease. 4. Also urinary tract infection. Do admit him in hospital and treat according.

He is having significant problem..it is not simple urine infection..his kidneys are not working properly..his creatinine is very low..he needs admission and further evaluation..take him to a nephrologist

Ultrasound of abdomen and pelvis should be done urgently He is severe anemic also better take him to hospital as his creatinine is also high

Hello, Falling while urination may due benign prostate hypertrophy. He is weak and fatigue because he is anemic Is he taking any medication for diabetes? He may have some  urinary tract infection which may elevate urea and creatinine.

Have urinary tract infections. Take plenty of water, do a usg  lower abdomen.
