Thyroid cancer followup needs to be looked comprehensively. What was the initial surgery, did you undergo surgery for just thyroid or thyroid and neck nodes. Did you have to receive radioiodine therapy. Without that information, it would be an incomplete advice. Scan report doesnt show anything concerning. Hope your thyroglobulin and antithyroglobulin levels are in well normalized limits. Hope you Tsh Levels are in desired range with correct dose of thyroxine tablets. If they are all normal, you can just followup with your surgeon. Subcutaneous nodule as per usg report says lipoma- nothing to worry if from a good radiologist.
