Retroplacental hematoma
I am having bleeding on and off since 18 th week of pregnancy. Baby growth always comes out normal in sonography. My bleeding happens with clots. I am attaching my recent report. Plz guide someone!!

U have low lying placenta need rest..don’t do strenuous physical activity and avoid intercourse..as ur pregnancy progresses placenta can move up

Repeated bleeding might  be harmful, avoid exertion,lifting weights, constipation, intercourse,  bending forwards,  travelling long distances

This is because of low lying placenta. Avoid lifting heavy weight. Avoid any heavy work and do follow up scan as advised by your doctor...as the placenta can migrate to upper part in next few months
