Are you not able to feel rested after waking up?
Sleep requirements may vary from person to person. However, 8 hours of sleep is advised in general.
In your case, you seem to be needing more than that. There could be plethora of reasons why.
Try keeping yourself busy. Find new hobbies. Keep yourself active and go to bed at the same time every night. This should reset your sleep cycle.
If apart from the sleep disturbance, you are also experiencing sad mood, lack of interest in pleasurable activities, getting tired easily, low self esteem etc, please consult a Psychiatrist just to be safe.
