I want medical & fitness certificate bcoz i was having typhoid fever from last 2 weeks..and i want to join office from tomorrow so that i can submit it and rejoin my duty.

First of all,, if you have typhoid and got treatment from a medical practitioner then u can contact same person for medical certificate. Did u go for blood culture for typhoid? What was the basis of typhoid diagnosis? If it's widal test then it's highly possible that you were being treated for wrong diagnosis.
