Required medical certificate
Hi, I am mother of 5 months baby girl, I was as a Associate consultant in IT firm, my maternity leave going to end in mid of sept, i am taking care of baby solely no elders or any other support, i have requested my office for extension of my leaves fr a month same has been agreed but for policy purposes they have asked to provide some medical certificate as like i am ill or backpain like that.. Is it possible to get certificate

You shouldn’t get a fake certificate. Ask your employer for reasonable adjustments / working from home etc.

It’s possible but u have to take medical certificate by meeting doctor personally… we can’t issue in online
