Need A Medical Certificate. Reactions.

1st August 2015 , I had the first dose of Cervarix Vaccine for the protection of cervical cancer . Instantly , I had dark outs and I became completely unconscious for the next 30 minutes . Later on , my sense came back with a very fast heart rate . But , I had to face deadly allergic reactions for about next 4 months after that vaccine . Shortness of breath , fast heart rate around 100 - 110 per minute for the next 4 months till December 2015 . Gone through a lot of difficulties . So , doctors decided not to give me the next 2 doses , as , I am a patient of "Anaphylaxis". It will be again life threatening vaccination shot for me . Therefore , I also can't take any COVID vaccinations as well . But while flying overseas , the immigration officers will ask for the COVID double vaccination certificates . PLEASE PROVIDE ME A MEDICAL CERTIFICATE , WHICH WILL MENTION , THAT , I CAN'T TAKE ANY SORT OF COVID VACCINES DUE TO FATAL ALLERGIC REACTIONS . Thanks . SMITA MUSTAFI MONTI
