Dear Concern,
My mother is taking medicines named as Bilashine & Triomega from last 2 months.
Now i am not able to contact doctor due to pandemic.
Can you please confirm whether should i
continue these medicines or not.
By using existing we are getting relief in skin issues. Suggest if we required to change the medicine.
Awaiting for your response.

Dear Mr. Sharma
Tab Bilashine and Triomega ( the fish oil omega 3 capsule ) are both safe to continue but 2 months is a long time and definitely doses will need to be tapered or altered as per response and depending on the presenting complaints for which it was started
Next Steps
Sufficient history of the illness is not provided to advise about contiuity of medication or tapering it down
Good evening
I would suggest kindly come for a in person clinic consult if that's possible / or book an E Consultation with us -
Once we understand the history and present situation
We would be able to service the request much better
Hello Nikhil,
Your mother is a case of palmoplantar psoriasis as per prescription you provided.
Bilashine tablet is mainly for itching and redness and triomega tablet is for skin wellbeing
Next Steps
Both are safe and if your mother is asymptomatic and gets relief from this combination then stick to your doctor.🙂
Health Tips
Ointment can be applied and you can always ask your mom to wear socks/gloves/ wrapping with napkin immediately so that the medication would act better.Try this occlusive treatment for ointment application. Stay safe
