Yes. You need to change the medicine. It's better you opt for Homeopathic medicine. It doesn't have any side effects. You need counseling sessions and homeopathic medicine together. You need an expert Homeopathic physician who is a good psychologist.

Hi You have been taking anti depressant for two years and now you have stopped taking it. How long has it been since you have stopped taking the medicine. The symptoms you are having could be due to anxiety. I suggest you consult a psychiatrist and explain about stopping the medicine. Also consult a psychologist for counselling sessions.
Next Steps
Consult a psychiatrist and psychologist.

Hi.... These are prescription medicines meant to be consumed only under strict medical supervision. Any changes in dosage, duration, etc. has to come from a Psychiatrist. Yes, stress & anxiety may cause muscle pain, especially in the cervical and scm regions. We tend to unknowingly stretch these muscles while under stress or anxiety and after a while it creates pain in those areas. It will be best for you to seek professional help.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychologist. CBT along with Lifestyle Changes and Interpersonal Guidance and Counselling is required. Consult a Psychiatrist or a General Physician to rule out any other physiological cause.
