Reqd Medicine for very poor digestion
Hi, My digestion has become very poor and dats why I am into light veg diet with less oil and masala. Because of my poor digestion I sometimes face problem for Gas and acidity. I take lukewarm water through out d dat and take small food in 3-4 hrs gap and walk for 2.5 hrs/daily. My other Please suggest good ayurvedic medicine and dosage  to improve my poor digestion . I have mild fatty liver and for dat I take 1 tab Liv52DS one hour before Lunch. Please suggest medicines which are available in Patanjali so dat i can easily collect. Also please mention when to take Medicines like before/after food or empty stomach. I am mostly"Capha character". Please help me with proper Patanjali Medicines and dosage . BP sugar and cholesterol , Thyroid al r in normal range.

Arogyavardhini tab twice a day and avipattikar churna twice a day before food Chitrakadi vati twice a day and trifla churna twice a day after food. Avoid water intake just before or after meal.
