Your CBC report is fine , mild alterd values doesn't cause much difference , you mcv is low it may occur due to different reasons but most common is iron deficiency anaemia, but in your case Hb is normal. And regarding blood sugar you have provided random blood sugar which looks like in normal range, but its not used as a criteria to determine weather you are diabetic or not.

Hi. CBC report looks fine. Hb is normal, and you are not anemic. Low MCV commonly suggests possible iron deficiency/minor thalassemia. Can take Serum Iron and Serum Ferritin tests. Regarding Random Blood Sugar, it is not used for diagnosis of Diabetes in the absence of symptoms. Advised going for FBG and HbA1c for accurate blood sugar status.
