Asked for Male, 19 Years

As shown in report by total leucocyte count is 13,300 / cumm . It's increased and I am worried. I have been told online by doctoer that i have anal fistula Because the sore becomes a puss and becomes less painful and was burpes after eating things like paranthas and empty stomach too. And nauseous too. I will receive my stool test soon. Maybe these might be the reason for it increase? Please help thanks
