Hi There is no one who hair our complaints. So please do not trust any one blindly and not take tension about it .if you want to detox yourself then consult here with any ayurvedic physician. They will guide you honestly.  And if you take continuously steroids then they effect your body other wise one or two weeks using steroid will not effect you too much. Second ayurveda have very good results.. For your problem double chin problem or weight gain First check your thyroid reports and then share that reports here and after you can take proper knowledge here. Your problem can be cure easily. You are well educated avoid self medication and take a proper knowledge. There are so many reasons of weight gain and double chin.
